    • Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan a role-play negotiation event where two teams of 3 members each were given a scenario to negotiate and come to an agreement. Of all the teams, teams with the best agreement was selected. No. of participants: 16 teams of 3 members
    • Concept-o-mania Concept-o-mania is an Organizational Behavior based quiz event. The questions comprised of Organizational Behavior theories, HR industry & personalities etc -which helped the students to brush-up their concepts. No. of participants: 18 teams of 2 members
    • Anveshan Anveshan is a pan India Quiz-cum-Case Study Competition. It provided the budding managers to showcase their understanding of concepts of Human Resource Management and Knowledge of the Industry. It consisted of 2 rounds. The first round was an online quiz and second round was an online case study submission. No. of participants: 60+ teams with 3 members each participated from various B-schools across India.
    • HR BuZZZ The club started issuing 'HR BuZZZ' on weekly basis. It comprises of recent HR related news, practices adopted by different companies, compensation, etc., to make the students aware of the current information on HR public policy topics like health care, leave rules and other workplace issues.
    • Consilium ‘Consilium’ the HR magazine of IIM Raipur received an overwhelming response from the industry and academia alike with articles from over 20 B-Schools in India. This magazine indulges to the needs of all the HR Professionals and HR enthusiasts to take the discipline higher through continuous and collaborative learning. It goes out to all the pioneers who have a dream in their eyes and encourage others to share it.
    • Grey Carnage The flagship event of Equinox 8.0, 'Grey Carnage' - A live case study event that tests the students in areas of idea generation, problem analysis, critical thinking and decision making that required the participants to put all their learning's in HR to practical use and bring out the manager within.
    • All Clued Up This event brought out the creativity of the participants. It was about creating slide/poster/cartoon strip to explain the term which is the solution of a crossword puzzle in the most creative manner.
  • Embauche A Simulation game to make sure we hire the best in the business. The aim is to prepare the appropriate plan for recruitment, selection and hiring process.
