1. What is a Management Development Programme (MDP)?
MDPs are customized programs designed for corporate executives to enhance leadership, strategic thinking, and management skills. They are available in residential, non-residential, and hybrid formats.

2. How do I apply for a programme?
You can apply by submitting your nomination online. Select your preferred program and click the “Apply” button.
3.Can I bring my family with me?
Yes, you can bring your spouse/children, but you need to inform us in advance. Additional lodging and boarding charges will apply, based on availability.
4.Is the programme brochure available online?
Yes, brochures are available for download. Click the “Brochure” link to download.
5.Who can apply?
Any graduate interested in the program can apply through the website.
6.Where are the programmes held?
All programs are conducted on IIM Raipur’s campus in Naya Raipur, a peaceful, green environment.
7.How do I reach the IIM Raipur campus?
By Air: Nearest airport is Swami Vivekanand Airport, 20 km from campus.
By Rail: Raipur Railway Station is well-connected to major cities.
By Bus: Regular bus services are available to the campus.
8.Are participants required to live on the campus?
Yes, participants are required to stay on campus. The intensive nature of the programs includes group activities, discussions, and learning that extend beyond the classroom.
9.Can I check-in early or extend my stay?
Yes, early check-ins and extended stays are possible, subject to availability and additional charges.

11.Do I receive a certificate after the program?
Yes, a certificate is provided upon completion.
12.Is there a dress code?
Yes, business casual attire is required for classes, and informal dress for leisure time. You can wear appropriate sportswear for activities.
13.What Pedagogy are used in MDPs?
A pedagogical mix of interactive sessions, case studies, group exercises, games, and presentations to enhance learning and apply concepts.
14.What is the usual class size?
Class sizes range from 20 to 40 participants. In some exceptional cases the size could be smaller or slightly bigger.
15.What does a typical program day look like?
Programs day starts at 09.30 hrs and goes on to 18.00 hrs.
16.What does the program fee include?
The fee includes accommodation (single/twin-sharing), executive meals, professional fees, Study materials, and transport to and from the airport/railway station. Incidentals like laundry or personal expenses are not included.
17.When should I pay the fees?
Fees should be paid along with the nomination form before the due date.
18.What if I can’t attend the program?
If you inform us at least two weeks before the program starts, your fees will be refunded in full.
19.What if I have a disability?
Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements.
20.Is health insurance provided during the program?
Raipur does not provide health insurance. Please arrange for coverage through your employer or personal insurer.IIM
21.What about the safety of my belongings?
Safe-keeping facilities are available, but IIMR is not responsible for any loss of personal items. Please secure your valuables.
