How to apply?
Please follow the following steps to apply for the programme (CMGGF fellowship):
i. Register
- Requirements: an active email id and a mobile number
- Follow the following steps to register
- Click on the “Apply Online” button. This will open the registration page.
- Click on “Click to Register an Account” to proceed to the registration page
- Provide the necessary details, including an active email id and mobile number, and Click “Register”. After clicking on “Register”, you will receive an email containning login ID and password. Please use these credentials to log in and fill out the application form in the next step.
ii. Fill application form
Before filling up the form, please ensure the following documents in the right format are ready with you:
(a) Chhattisgarh domicile documents (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(b) CAT score card (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(c) SC, ST, NCOBC, PWD certificates (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(d) 10th marksheet (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(e) 12th marksheet (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(f) Graduation marksheet (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(g) Your photo (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
(h) Your signature (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, etc., formats are accepted)
After preparing the documents listed in points (a) to (h), log in using login ID and password received in your email during the Registration step mentioned above. Then, follow the steps below to apply:
1. Fill in all the mandatory fields on the ‘Personal Information’ page
2. Fill in all the mandatory fields on the ‘Academic Information’ page
3. Fill in all the mandatory fields on the ‘Professional Information’ page
4. Complete all the mandatory fields on the ‘Other Information’ page
5. Click the “Submit” button. To make any changes in the information filled above in the Application Form, click the “Back” button. Once you click “Submit”, the application will be submitted and can no longer be edited.
