All Faculty, Staff and Students are the members of the library. They can borrow books as per their entitlement given below:

| Faculty | 20 books for 180 days |
| PGP Students | 5 books for 14 days |
| FPM/EFPM Students | 7 books for 30 days |
| Staff | 2 books for 14 days |
