Dr. Shaji Mathai is a Senior Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics. He has also done an MBA in Marketing. Before joining IIM Raipur, he served as Assistant Registrar at NIT Raipur. He is presently working in the Administration Department at IIM Raipur.
He is a Store & Purchase Officer (Sr.Grade) at the IIM Raipur. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and holds the Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management. He has also done BE / BTec in Information Technology. Before joining to IIM Raipur, he served as Associate Manager (Commercial) at Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd . His total work experience in the field of stores and purchase is more than 14 years.
Devendra Kumar Sinha is a Junior Engineer, Senior grade, He hold honors Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Post Diploma in Computer Application, and one-year long term course in Industrial Electricians at ATI-EPI, 17-year Experience in construction and maintenance filed. Before joining IIM Raipur, he served as a Project manager in the GEC construction company and NIT Raipur (04 Year), His hobby is writing Hindi poems. He is presently working the IIM Raipur, Estate Department at IIM Raipur.
Vyshak Prakash Narayanan is an Assistant Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He has done MBA in Marketing and International Business and also done Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management. Before joining IIM Raipur, he has worked in various premier institutions of national importance.
Girish Pahadiya served in different Sectors for the last 25 years like Competitive Exam prep, Project management, Investment Consulting, Telecom, Construction, etc. brings rich experience to handle Corporate Relations at IIM Raipur.
Sachidhanandam Natarajan is an Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He holds a Masters Degree in Management. Before joining Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Sachidhanandam served as Administrative Officer at Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai. He has served for a decade at a couple of Institutions having National Importance Status in different designations.

Ms. Gauri Priya is a Public Relations Officer at IIM Raipur. She holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Communication Management from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, and a graduate degree in Commerce Honours from the University of Delhi. Before joining IIM Raipur, she was associated with a CPSE under the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, GoI. She was also briefly associated with IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore. She has more than five years of experience in the Communications field.
At IIM Raipur, she is responsible for enhancing Alumni and Media Relations and facilitating the brand image of the institute.
Before joining IIM Raipur, she worked in various organizations (Assistant Manager in Disha Institute of Management and Technology Raipur), Project Coordinator in SACH Communication Private Limited, Raipur., Jr Technical Officer in PAHARPUR 3P, Sahibabad (A Division of Paharpur Cooling Tower Limited). She also worked as a Hindi News Reader in Doordarshan Raipur as freelancer.

He has worked in various departments at IIM Raipur. He holds a master’s degree in computers, executive master's in finance and has 20+ years of professional experience in industry and academia.
Suryanarayan, Surya to his friends and colleagues, grew up in Bhopal, where he completed his B.Sc.. He proceeded to work for a PSU and then completed his PGDPM&IR from XLRI in 2001. He has worked across industries and locations over the last 20 years with the last 12 years heading HR for 3 K-12 international Schools. At IIM Raipur, Surya has joined as the Placement Consultant to help improve the placement outcomes of the PGP batch.
Mr. Jagdish Rajurkar currently working at Indian Institute of Management Raipur as a “Head Campus Infrastructure”.Previously I worked in Lloyds Engineering works Ltd as a “General Manager” at Chandrapur (Maharashtra). Before that I worked with Indian Institute of Management Nagpur Since April 2018 to June 2023 as a Project Manager.
I hold bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Civil Engineering from Amravati University and Master of Technology (M. Tech) From VNIT, Nagpur.

P R Ajith Kumar is an Assistant Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He holds an MBA degree in HRM. Shalini Shrivastava is an Assistant Librarian at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. She holds a Masters degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
She has qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC) in Library & Information Science in June 2007. She has also done MSc. in Computer Science from MDU, Rohtak (Through Study Centre - Hartron, Chandigarh).
Prior to joining IIM Raipur, she served as an Associate in Learning Resource Centre at Indian School of Business, Mohali from 2012 to 2014. She has served as a Students' Affairs Coordinator for the AY 2022-23. She is presently working in Examination & Verification Cell, IIM Raipur from 01st June 2023.
Ishwari Lal is a Finance and Accounts Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He is a Cost Accountant (CMA). Dr. Chandrakanta Swain is currently working as Librarian at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He joined this institute on 20th June 2011. He holds MLISC., PGDLAN and Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. Dr. Swain has around 29 years of experience in Library Administration and Management. He has authored/coauthored 4 research papers in International Journals, 6 research papers in National Journals, and around 30 reach papers in and as book chapters.
He has authored/edited twelve books, and one conference proceedings. He also attended/participated in 25 International/National Conferences.

Preetam Kumar is an Assistant System Manager (ERP) at the
Indian Institute of Management Raipur with 6 years of experience

Anil Ponal is an Assistant Administrative Officer at the Indian Institute of Management Raipur. He holds a Masters degree in Commerce (M.Com), Social Work (MSW) and Computer Applications (MCA). He had qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by University Grant Commission (UGC) in Social Work in July 2018. Prior to joining IIM Raipur, he served as a Senior Executive (HR & Personnel) from 1997 to 2012.
Mohd. Tariq working as a Senior Engineer-Civil at IIM Raipur With a distinguished career spanning over 11 years in the railways and infrastructure sector. Holding a B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering, he has demonstrated a consistent and proven track record in successfully managing and delivering intricate projects like EDFC-301& EDFC-303.
Col (Dr) Harindra Tripathi, MSc, MBA, PGDHR, PhD is Chief Administrative Officer of IIM Raipur. He is also
a Programme Director of a Certificate Course in Supply Chain Management. He is Secretary to the Board of
Governors of IIM Raipur, First Appellate Authority (RTI Act 2005), and Treasurer Alumni Association of IIM
Raipur. Prior to this, while serving with the Indian Army, he served as Faculty at the College of Materials
Management, Jabalpur, an Institute imparting Management Education to the Armed Forces since 1925. His role
was to train Medium Level Officers to take on Senior Level positions.
Col. (Dr.) Harindra Tripathi was commissioned in June 1985 in AOC and is recipient of Veerta Padak in 1996
while serving with Rashtriya Rifles. Col. Tripathi has served in various Command and Staff appointments. He
commanded the Logistic Unit in the Counter Insurgency environment in Jammu and Kashmir. Post that, he
managed an inventory of 47000 items approximately. worth Rs. 700 Crores as Senior Provision Officer in Dehu
Road, Pune. From 2011 to 2012 as Officiating Commandant and Dy Commandant of Central Ordnance Depot in
Jabalpur, he managed the complete inventory of 41,000 small arms and guns. Col. Tripathi was responsible for
ensuring logistic support to troops deployed in MP, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Eastern UP, and Orissa
while also serving as Colonel Ordnance, MB Area. As Administrative Commandant, Vadodara, he was
responsible for providing Army support to Civil Administration and managing the affairs of the entire garrison,
including that of Ex-Servicemen. Col. Tripathi concluded his glorious service with the Indian Army in Jabalpur
as a faculty in the College of Materials Management.
