HRidhaan-Club
HRidhaan, the HR club of IIM Raipur was established to instill and ignite an interest for the overall development and understanding of HR among management professionals. We aim at displaying students the prowess in handling HR issues and getting a strong hold in the function by acting not only as a learning channel but as an exciting platform to discuss, practice and deliver some of those.
It is a platform where students can interact and initiate conversations with HR experts to explore and challenge the current practices in the dynamic field of Human Resource Management.
Our Objectives
- To instill and ignite a passion for the overall development and understanding of the dynamic field of Human Resource Management.
- To ensure a synergistic alliance between theoretical HR concepts and their practical industry applications.
- To champion and promote ethical practices and core values among all HR enthusiasts.
- To encourage continuous sharing and collaborative learning to build core competencies among students.
- We provide a platform for students to interact and initiate meaningful conversations with top HR experts, exploring and challenging current industry practices.
- We regularly organize workshops, seminars, and interactive activities designed to attract and enhance the capabilities of future HR leaders.
- We host engaging events such as case-based competitions and role-plays that test analytical and application-based HR skills.
