Prior to joining IIM Raipur, he was working as an Assistant Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) at the Centre for Development Practice and Research sinceNovember 2018-April 2021. He has also worked as a Scientist-B (Economics Evaluation Specialist) at the National Institute for Research in Reproductive Health (NIRRH), ICMR-Mumbai.
