An IIM Ahmedabad alumna and an Engineer (electronics and communication), her expertise lies in corporate HR, especially in industrial relations, performance management, change management, compensation and benefits, HR process improvements and streamlining HR change strategies. Her almost decade-long stint in the industry (Air India, BTMU, Gilpin) in the HR field aided and shaped her long-term interest in returning to academia.
Prior to joining IIM Raipur, she worked as a faculty at IIM Rohtak, XIM University Bhubaneswar, SRM University Sikkim, and IEM Kolkata.
She has published her research in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus listed), and has presented papers in international conferences of repute (AOM, BAM, EURAM, IAMOT, INDAM, Pan IIM WMC, etc.). She also serves as ad hoc reviewer in a few journals (ABDC listed).
