Executive Leadership Programme for Founders & CEOs of Hospitals (ELPFCEOH)
Across the healthcare spectrum in India, hospital leaders face multifaceted challenges related to governance, financial sustainability, technology adoption, quality and safety of care, and rising patient expectations. Addressing these complexities requires a new generation of leadership equipped with both strategic foresight and execution capability.
Over the past year, the Academy of Digital Health Sciences, in partnership with IIM Raipur, has designed and launched a first-of-its-kind executive programme exclusively for Founders, CEOs, and Senior Management of Hospitals. This execution-focused and immersive programme aims to strengthen leadership capacity and enable hospitals to emerge as preferred, patient-centric, and sustainable healthcare providers.
The programme is structured to support the transformation of hospitals into smart, resilient, and future-ready healthcare organizations, capable of leveraging innovation, digital health technologies, and data-driven decision-making in an increasingly complex and competitive healthcare ecosystem.
The curriculum addresses both strategic and practical dimensions of hospital growth and profitability, covering hospital infrastructure planning, innovation-led management strategies, digital health adoption, continuous quality improvement, emerging care delivery models, disruptive innovations, and the identification of new and sustainable revenue streams.

Course Study Material : The course would involve asynchronous lectures (pre-recorded), case studies, live interactions, and immersive workshops at IIM Raipur.
Assessment & Evaluation : Quiz and Case Studies.
