Daan Utsav

Blood Donation Event

As part of Daan Utsav on October 13, 2023, in collaboration with the Red Cross Society, the drive aimed to save lives and instill responsibility. With 78 participants, including students, staff, and faculty, it raised awareness about blood donation and garnered significant support.

Old Age Home Visit

As part of Daan Utsav on October 14, 2023, a visit to Kuldeep Nigam Vriddha Ashram was organized to foster empathy and solidarity among students. 20 participants, including committee members and volunteers, engaged with elderly residents, providing essentials and companionship.

Gurudwara Langer seva

The Gurudwara Visit on October 15, 2023, organized by the Saksham Committee, aimed to foster cultural appreciation and ‘seva’ practice. About 25 participants, including committee members and volunteers, engaged in a cultural tour and served food (‘langar’). Feedback emphasized the transformative experience, reinforcing values of community service among students.

Cards distribution

The Saksham Committee orchestrated a card distribution initiative at IIM Raipur to uplift and inspire students with personalized messages of encouragement. This effort aimed to boost morale, foster connectedness, and create a supportive environment. The event had a significant impact, brightening students’ days and enhancing their mental well-being, eliciting gratitude from many.

Distribution drive

Organized in collaboration with Pranayas Development Foundation on November 25, 2023, the event aimed to support nearby government schools in Cheriya and Tendua villages under the “Hope” model. Over 300 students received essential stationery items, shoes and participated in engaging games, fostering hope and encouragement. Prizes were awarded, boosting motivation. Further collaboration with Pranayas Foundation and the schools is anticipated to continue making a positive impact on the students’ lives.


The Saksham Committee organized the Abhinandan event on February 28, 2024, to express gratitude to the support staff for their dedication to maintaining the campus environment. Each staff member received gifts and sweets as a token of appreciation, and interactive games were enjoyed by all attendees.


Students pledged integrity in personal and professional pursuits, striving for global prosperity through sustainability.
